Marinios IPTV Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marinios IPTV service, website at mariniostv.shop, and any related applications or content. By placing an order, starting a free trial, or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Marinios IPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV): access to live television channels and video-on-demand (movies and series), streamed over the internet to compatible devices. Service features and available channels may vary by region and over time. We work continuously to maintain a stable, high-quality stream, but we cannot guarantee that every channel is available at every moment.

3. Accounts & Credentials

• Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared beyond the number of connections you purchased.
• Each connection allows streaming on one device at a time. Exceeding your connection limit may result in a temporary suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Credentials are delivered by email, and orders are confirmed over WhatsApp. Keep your contact details up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service or your credentials without written permission; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, hack, or reverse-engineer the service; record or rebroadcast streams for commercial purposes; or use the service in a way that harms other customers or the network. Marinios IPTV may suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. Payments & Billing

Plans are priced in US dollars and paid in advance. Payment is completed through secure channels arranged with our team over WhatsApp. Activation begins once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any payment errors on your side (such as an incorrect amount or a failed transfer).

6. Free Trial

The 24-hour free trial gives full access to the service for one 24-hour period. No payment information is required. Trials are per customer and per device; we may limit repeated trial use. Our team activates trials manually, usually within 5 to 10 minutes. After the trial ends, access stops automatically — there is no auto-charge.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in detail in our refund details page. In short: orders cancelled before activation receive a full refund; once a subscription is activated, we prioritize fixing the service, and refunds are available only if we cannot resolve a service failure.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; service continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or activity that harms the service or other customers. If terminated for breach, unused periods are not refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marinios IPTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from service interruptions, content availability, or device compatibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
