DMCA Policy & Takedown
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Respect for Copyright
Marinios IPTV takes copyright seriously and expects its customers to do the same. Our platform provides access to content through licensed and authorized distributors and rights holders. We respond promptly and fairly to valid copyright infringement (DMCA) notices.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to chdaouibassem@gmail.com (WhatsApp: +212 617-767050). To be valid, your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (channel name, program, IPTV identifier) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Our Response
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where we can identify and remove the material, we do so as quickly as possible. We may forward the notice and taken-down content information to the affected party, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our copyright team including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of customers who repeatedly receive valid infringement notices.
Contact
All notices and counter-notices should be sent to our DMCA contact, or by mail to our support address available on the contact page.
